Louis DeLuca, author of Old Time Kentucky Farmsteading Ways and Means: From the Journals of Herbert Lee Clark, presents the life and works of Herbert Lee Clark. Herbert (1942-2019) was from Shelby County and was a stone mason by trade. The interesting part is the creativity he brought into his work.
About the author: Louis DeLuca is retired now. He was a former Director of Kentucky Arts Council and Acting Secretary of the Kentucky Education, Arts and Humanities Cabinet. Prior to that, he taught at The Yale School of Art and Architecture and the University of Kentucky College of Design.
This intriguing book is well worth the time as it is a short read as well as very factual and very interesting.
