The Spencer County Makerspace equips library visitors with free and low-cost tools to pursue their interests and career advancement goals.
The Makerspace facilitates group and individual learning opportunities. When not reserved for Makerspace purposes, the Studio space will be open for normal library programming and patron use.
During the first months of operation, adults can utilize the space under the supervision of library staff.
As community need dictates, we will gradually expand Makerspace open hours and allow younger patrons to experiment with the technology.
